Inside the condo, cozy coastal decor will make you feel right at home, perched above the calming waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This updated end unit offers two bedrooms, each with a granite appointed en-suite bathroom. The full kitchen with granite countertops opens to the living room and dining area for four. Glass sliders offer unobstructed gulf views to the west and a south facing picture window captures Caxambas Pass, the inlet that marks the end of Marco Island and the start of the 10,000 islands. A comfortable leather sleeper sofa and chairs are the perfect place to kick back for a movie after a day at the beach. Head out to the balcony for some of the best views on Marco! Enjoy a book while reclining in a chaise, enjoy the evening sunset with a cocktail in hand or your morning coffee and breakfast as the waves roll in, providing a soothing soundtrack for your beach escape.
Where amenities are concerned, you will be fully stocked here! Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and cooler are all provided for your daytime fun. In the evenings, come home to hotel-style white bedding and Smart HDTVs with cable service in both bedrooms and the living room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has two twins. There is an in-unit washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry during your stay.
