Our spacious condo is set above the boutiques, restaurants, marina and amenities deck offering ultimate city-style convenience along with privacy, peace and quiet. A key-coded elevator takes you from the parking garage up to the private entrance hall, where you’ll find bicycles available for exploring the island during your stay! Inside the condo, a spacious open floor plan comprises a fully equipped granite kitchen, dining for 8 and a living room with large HDTV and sectional sofa and comfortable seating for the whole group. Sliding glass doors lead out to the private balcony overlooking the central fountain, offering a soothing place to enjoy gulf breezes and your beverage of choice. The sumptuous master suite has a King size bed, HDTV, french doors out to the balcony, and a spa-like bathroom with open tub, frameless glass enclosed shower and oversized double sink vanities. The two guest bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bath with a tub/shower combo and an additional half bath/powder room is located off the kitchen. A laundry room completes the full package for easy-breezy vacation living!
When it comes time for fun, Esplanade does not disappoint! The waterfront amenities deck includes a tranquil pool area with chaise lounges and an in-ground hot tub - heated up 24/7 for ultimate convenience! The fitness room overlooks the pool area and the Esplanade’s marina beyond, right on picturesque Smokehouse Bay. Take the bikes or drive just minutes to Tigertail Beach, located just over a mile from Esplanade to experience the island’s famous white sand beach in all it’s glory. At the end of a sun-filled day, grab dinner at drinks at CJ’s, Chop-239 or Mango’s on the Bay right downstairs without having to get in the car! Resort style amenities and convenience combined with the peace and tranquility of upscale condo living…you might never want to leave!
