New for 2019 season! Modern luxury at Fiddler’s Creek. This ground floor coach home in Cherry Oaks offers convenience and plenty of space for your seasonal stay in Fiddler’s Creek. Light, contemporary style lends a sense of calm to this open floor plan which includes 3 bedrooms plus a den/TV room. A screened lanai, accessible from the living room, dining room and master overlooks a lushly landscaped area and the golf course beyond. Southern exposure brings plenty of light into the home and the 2-car garage is stocked with beach gear you may use for visiting nearby beaches of Marco Island and Naples. The Cherry Oaks neighborhood has a quiet heated community pool with chaise lounges for residents to enjoy close to home.
Outside the Cherry Oaks neighborhood, you can follow the running and biking paths through the lushly landscaped 4,000 acres that make up Fiddler's Creek, finding nature preserves and all kinds of native Florida plants along the way. The 54,000 square foot Club & Spa facility is just over a mile from your front door, offering a full private resort experience! Membership to the club and spa is transferable with your rental (for an additional one time fee of $500) and includes use of the 3 resort style pools with beverage and towel service, two on-site restaurants, state of the art fitness center featuring a full schedule of classes, tennis center and social events. Golf is available on a pay as you play basis at Fiddler’s Creek’s championship Arthur Hills designed Creek Course, which has been named one of GolfWeek’s Top 100 residential courses for eight consecutive years. Reciprocal membership at the Tarpon Beach Club on Marco Island is also available for an additional membership fee. Tarpon Beach Club offers private beach access with valet parking, 2 on-site restaurants, beach chairs, umbrellas and towel service.

Booking Details:
- Peak Season pricing (November-April): 3+ Month Rentals - $6,000 per month; 1 Month Rentals or 2 Month Rental for Feb-March - $6,500 per month; 2 Month Rentals of all other month combinations $6,000 per month.
- Peak Season (Jan-April) - only even full month bookings will be accepted and 2+ months may be required! For example - 1/1-2/28 (2 months) would be an option, but 1/15-2/15 would not be an option.
- Payment is required via check or money order - credit card is only accepted to hold booking until contract, application and check payment can be completed.
- 50% Deposit due upon signing; Remaining 50% Due 6 months prior to Check-In.
- This property does not have a cancellation policy - once you are booked and your agreement is signed, your full rental cost is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation UNLESS we are able to rebook the unit to another guest. Luckily, we are almost always able to do this if you provide a reasonable amount of notice that you must cancel. $75 reservation fee and $100 application fee are never refundable, even if the property is rebooked.
