Varenna is a luxurious first floor coach home located within the award winning Fiddler’s Creek private residential community. The home offers the conveniences of a condo but lives like a single family home, complete with a 2 car garage. Three bedrooms and three full baths comfortably host six people and two living areas and a spacious lanai ensure everyone has room to spread out. The gourmet kitchen with a gas stove is fully stocked with everything from beautiful stemware to a Vitamix high powered blender! The Varenna community pool is just a short walk away with plenty of chaise lounges, offering a quiet place to soak up the sun. Outside the Varenna neighborhood, you can follow the running and biking paths through the lushly landscaped 4,000 acres that make up Fiddler's Creek finding nature preserves and all kinds of native Florida plants along the way. The main 54,000 square foot Club & Spa facility is about 1.5 miles from the condo offering a full private resort experience! Membership to the club and spa is transferable with your rental (for an additional one time fee of $500) and includes use of the 3 resort style pools with beverage and towel service, two on-site restaurants, state of the art fitness center featuring a full schedule of classes, tennis center and social events. Golf is available on a pay as you play basis at Fiddler’s Creek’s championship Arthur Hills designed Creek Course, which has been named one of GolfWeek’s Top 100 residential courses for eight consecutive years. Reciprocal membership at the Tarpon Beach Club on Marco Island is also available for an additional membership fee. Tarpon Beach Club offers private beach access with valet parking, 2 on-site restaurants, beach chairs, umbrellas and towel service.

Booking Details:
-Dogs under 25lbs will be considered, with approval! Please share the breed and age of your dog in your inquiry. A pet cleanup fee of $100 and pet rent of $15 per day will be added to your statement.
- Peak Season (Jan-April) - only even full month bookings will be accepted and 2+ months may be required! For example - 1/1-2/28 (2 months) would be an option, but 1/15-2/15 would not be an option.
- 1 month minimum stay year round. May-December we are open to more flexible date combinations.
- Payment is required via check or money order - credit card is only accepted to hold booking until contract, application and check payment can be completed.
- $2,000 Association Security Deposit will apply to all reservations
- 25% Deposit Due with Lease Agreement; Remaining 75% Due 6 months prior to Check-In
- Optional $500 1 Time Transfer Fee for Club & Spa membership
