Ahoy! If you're looking for waterfront accommodations for a seasonal stay in the Naples Area, Chateau Vanderbilt Unit 204 is a dream come true. The second floor, three bedroom, two bath condo is newly renovated with the utmost in quality craftsmanship and no stone left unturned. All furnishings and fixtures are designer quality and selected with care including granite and soapstone countertops, lighting fixtures, window coverings, a custom a built in wet bar and much more! The balcony overlooks the community pool and hot tub shared with only 15 other condos. The pool and patio area has plenty of chaise lounges right on the bay so you can enjoy peaceful afternoons in the sun watching the boats go by.

When you are ready to hit the beach, hop on one of the 2 bikes provided and cruise the half a mile to Vanderbilt Beach access. Stop at Beach Box cafe on the way for lunch or drinks under the palm trees.

In the evenings, you will find yourself with myriad dining and entertainment options in the hip and growing North Naples area. Catch sunset on the beach at the Turtle Club or Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz Carlton (both within half a mile), then enjoy dinner and a movie or night out dancing at Mercato, just one mile East.

*Minimum stay of 1 Month typically required November through April. Inquire for availability on shorter stays during the summer and fall months!

Booking Details:
- Security Deposit of $500 required with all bookings
- Peak Season (Jan-April) - only even full month bookings will be accepted and 2+ months may be required! For example - 1/1-2/28 (2 months) would be an option, but 1/15-2/15 would not be an option.
- 1 month minimum stay year round. May-December we are open to more flexible date combinations.
- Payment is required via check or money order - credit card is only accepted to hold booking until contract, application and check payment can be completed.

    This was our first Naples vacation - a one month stay. We had a great experience and found the property to be clean, quite and nicely decorated. The location was 4 blocks from the beach and easy to walk. We plan to come back.

    The people Holiday Life were unbelievable. I had to change my move out date. They always said " No Problem ". I used two pay per view events on TV. When I told them about it and could they charge me for it, they said again " No Problem ".
    They couldn't have been nicer.
    I highly recommend them. I sold my business in June and had over 500 employees at one time. I would say I am a pretty good judge of service.
